Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the agreement

These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the «The Advanced Spanish Immersion Hub»membership (hereinafter, “the Community”), offered by Alicia López through the Heartbeat platform. By subscribing, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Free trial period

• The membership includes a 7-day free trial, with full access to all content and activities.
• The trial period begins at the moment of subscription and requires a valid payment method.
• If the user does not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, the system will automatically charge the selected plan (monthly or yearly).
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time during the trial period from the user profile.

3. Payment and renewal

• Two subscription options are available: monthly and annual.
• Payments renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• If a payment cannot be processed (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds), the user will be notified and access will be suspended or cancelled.
• Lifetime or one-time payments are not available.

4. External platform

The Community is hosted on the Heartbeat platform. By joining, users must also accept Heartbeat’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Alicia López is not responsible for changes, limitations or technical issues that depend directly on Heartbeat.

5. Access and duration

• Access to the Community and its resources remains active while the subscription is valid.
• If the user cancels, access will remain available until the end of the already-paid period.
• Downloadable materials may be kept by the user even after cancelling the subscription.

6. Content and services included

The membership offers:

• Access to the online community.
• Learning resources and training materials.
• Pre-recorded courses.
• Group live sessions (e.g., 4 weekly sessions of 30 minutes + 2 monthly classes of 1 hour).

All services are group-based, not individual, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and withdrawal

• Refunds are not available once the subscription period has been charged.
• The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of immediate digital service, in accordance with EU regulations. The 7-day free trial acts as the commercial guarantee.

8. Code of conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat other members and the team with respect.
• Refrain from spam, harassment, or offensive behavior.
• Respect copyright of the materials shared.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All materials, resources and content of the Community are protected by copyright. Access is personal and non-transferable, and reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
